Full Circle Forums are intimate networking events designed to facilitate the development of professional connections, raise funds and awareness for our community partners, and ignite conversations around service and giving back.    

The Full Circle Story    

In 2007, a year and a half after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast, founder Patty Huber led a service trip to New Orleans to continue the recovery efforts. Over the course of the week, she worked with a group of students cleaning yards, playing with neglected school children, and rebuilding homes. It was no surprise to Patty that the group would help the community during this service trip. What she didn’t anticipate was how the individuals and the group would transform through the experience. The diverse group of students from competing student organizations left Louisiana as a united, confident, and motivated team.       

Since then, Patty has experienced this reaction again and again in groups of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds who have engaged in collaborative community service events. Patty watched the groups she worked with gain more from the experience than was gained by those the group had helped. She began to understand it as the Full Circle Effect.  She took this experience, coupling it with her passion for community service and her talent for developing positive group dynamics, to develop a business focused on helping groups become stronger while helping the community. This is how Full Circle began. We all win when giving comes Full Circle!
