About the Founder

Teirnan Mccorkell, a carpet expert from Manchester, England is nearly 36 years old. He invented the tool, Pipe Easy. About seven weeks before joining Dragons’ Den, he had just formally launched the pipe-connecting tool and was searching for assistance.

For two years, this measuring tool was under research. In June 2018, Teirnan registered the tool under the brand name Pipe Easy Ltd.

Founding the Pipe Easy

This revolutionary device pipe fitting tool’s purpose is to cut the edges for positioning around pipes in wood, flooring, and other materials. It includes an object that is employed for cutting through pipes that are 10mm, 15mm, 22mm, 32mm, and 40mm in diameter.

Dragon’s Den Appearance

Teirnan requested an extremely specific sum of $52,229.49 for a 15% interest in Pipe Easy, a business that had not yet traded and secured a marketplace. However, for the owner, Deborah Meaden was the particular Dragon that he was hoping to nurture in him, but let’s see who approached and who rejected!

Tej Lalvani was the first person to talk, but he hesitated to invest since he was not sure if the price range would turn out big enough to warrant investing. Secondly, Theo Paphitis also announced his withdrawal for identical grounds. Peter Jones was the third person, who also decided against investing. Will Meaden take the risk?

After continuous rejections, Teirnan got anxious but his favorite Dragon, Deborah Meaden, was scheduled to appear next. She tactically began by expressing her admiration for the entrepreneur’s creativity and remarked on how she enjoyed the product. But she broke Teirnan’s heart by announcing her departure due to market-related concerns. Only one Dragon was left to approach.

Surprisingly, Sara Davies turned out to be the only person who recognized the item’s and its creator’s value. She commented on her history of launching a comparable product and gave Teirnan the whole sum.

She demanded twice the amount of stock that Teirnan first agreed to give up. Teirnan understood the proposal for $52,229.49 for 30% shares. The Dragons believed that Teirnan represented as one of the most approachable people they had encountered on the show.

After Dragon’s Den

All thanks to Sara Davies’ experience, Pipe Easy today boasts a highly polished web page. It is promoted on online platforms and receives a lot of press. Sara Davies has pledged to market the Pipe Easy brand to dozens of retail locations both domestically and globally.

The business has grown to an estimated worth of more than $12,73,890.00.
